Size Restrictions for Garden Units 1 household per of any size
2nd pet must be under 20 pounds
Non-Refundable Pet Deposit One pet $200.00 (OR) Two pets $250.00
Monthly Pet Fee 1 Pet: $25.00 (OR) 2 Pets $40.00
